How do I place an order?
We now have secure on line ordering available for your convenience. Purchases may be made using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express Card. If you prefer, a Canadian money order can be sent, and we will hold shipment until such is received. Remember, if you are outside of Canada, that the prices listed are in Canadian dollars, this makes a big difference to our American customers. Your savings are considerable. If paying by credit card, the best exchange rate is automatically worked out for you by your card server. If you are interested in shipping costs, they vary greatly depending on what you purchase and your location. If you enter the items you are interested in, into our cart, and then enter your delivery information, the cart will present you with your delivery options and costs. This is done before you enter any credit information, so feel free to investigate shipping costs in this manner. You may now order securely on line by using your credit card, simply click on buy now button under the item you want.

What happens if I am not pleased with my purchase
Above all, we want you to be pleased. There is never a problem to exchange an item purchased. However, the returned item must be returned at your own shipping expense, and arrive safely in original condition, in the original packaging. Doll stands must accompany any exchange. We will not accept returns, without prior authorization, call or email for a return authorization number, that must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned box, for proper credit.
What happens if my order never arrives
All shipments will leave our Arthur studio, in well packed containers. We ship dolls all over the country and know how to have them arrive safely. Shipments are insured, by the Canadian postal service, at our end to ensure they are delivered to you. Depending on your purchase and your location, many of the doll house kits are shipped directly from the factories, eliminating any duty charges that may apply.
Is your online ordering secure?
Absolutely, we have our own secure certificate, which encripts your contact and credit details, keeping your information secure.
Do You Have a Print Catalogue?
No, our stock changes so regularly it is not cost effective to try to keep an up to date print catalogue. Feel free to print off any of our pages that are of interest to create your own, from our oneline database.
