We offer secure online ordering and gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or Personal Cheque or Money Order.
Taxes
We charge GST (5%) on deliveries inside Canada. Ontario residents also pay 8% PST.
There are no taxes charged by us to any deliveries within USA or international destinations.
If your destination country charges taxes or duty on items received, you are responsible for these charges. Most packages under a $50 will not incur customs charges. Dollhouses being shipped to the USA, are shipped from within the USA, so no customs charges or duty will apply.

We also offer a downloadable mail order form to complete and mail to us.
After You Place Your Order
The Doll House Elora will send you two automated emails. Be sure to check your spam box if you do not receive these emails, as some mail programs treat automated emails as spam.
The first email will contain your order confirmation, showing the items ordered and your order number.
The second email will be sent when your item is shipped. To check the status of your order, please add your order number here.
For small items, we ship the most economical way to ship outside of Canada using Small Packet Post. There is not tracking offered on these packages, however they are insured against loss. All larger items will have tracking numbers available upon request only.
