All orders with the exception of dollhouse kits to the USA are shipped from Ontario Canada. Delivery standards to North American and International Destinations are as follows.

Standard (standard surface) Parcel Within Canada, ranges from 2 days (Ontario deliveries) to 6-8 days for Western Canada. Express delivery is available, taking from 1-5 days to reach Canadian Destinations.

Standard (standard surface) Parcel U.S.A. has a delivery expectation of 6 to 15 business days between major centres in Canada and major centres in the U.S.A. (Some exceptions apply)

Express (Air) U.S.A. delivers in 3 to 5 business days. Service standards are based on the day of deposit (day 0) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Deposits made on weekends and statutory holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day.

Xpress (Air) International delivers in 4 to 7 business days.

Standard surface delivery to International Destinations can take anywhere from 3-12 weeks. International destinations include everywhere in the world outside of North America.

All small packet orders (under 1 kg) do not include tracking information from Canada Post. Please contact us prior to shipping if you require tracking as additional charges will apply.
