YOUR RIGHTS OVER THE PURCHASE YOU MAKE

You have the right to return any purchase if you are not happy with your choice as long as you follow the proccedure below.

1) Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number as well as your order number to obtain proper and prompt credit.

2) We will advise you as to the shipping method to use when returning an item.

3) All returns must be clearly marked RETURN and must be sent back to us through the postal system.

4) Items that are received by us with customs and duty owing will not be accepted and will be returned to you, so please be sure to mark them properly before sending back.

5) A 10% restocking fee will be charged, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.


If your shipment goes astray, once the delivery standard has been exceeded, you have the right to have your item reshipped, or to have a complete credit on your purchase.


You have the right to contact us via our email form to inform us of delays or problems with your order, we will respond as quickly as possible to rectify any problems.
